We’ve been waiting months to share this… and as they say, good things take time.

When the Christmas season rolls in, we always find ourselves reaching for rich, comforting Belgian ales — so this year we went all in and brewed a full lineup of Trappist-style Belgian beers. And honestly? They turned out fantastic.

Leading the way is our holiday favorite, but make sure you try them all:

Cooper’s Christmas Ale
Belgian Strong Dark Ale • 9.2% ABV
A special holiday brew inspired by Christmas beers from around the world. This dark Belgian-style ale is lightly spiced with vanilla bean, licorice root, chamomile, bitter orange peel, and cinnamon, all working together with our fruity Belgian yeast. Rich malts, festive spice, and pure holiday cheer in a glass.

Gold Lobster
Belgian Tripel • 9.5% ABV
This is the beer that makes people fall in love with Belgian ales. Pilsner malt, spicy Saaz hops, and classic Trappist yeast create beautiful spicy and fruity notes that are elegant, smooth, and dangerously drinkable.

Brown Lobster
Belgian Dubbel • 8.0% ABV
Think brown ale… but dressed up for a fine lobster dinner. Loaded with caramel flavors from rich malts, a touch of roast for balance, and homemade caramelized invert sugar to keep the body light and the flavor unforgettable.
