We had a very good experience. The food was excellent. Our waitress Nicole T. was fantastic. She took the time to explain the history to us as we were first timers. We had mashed potatoes that almost melted in your mouth. The clam chowder soup was like nothing we had tasted before. Hope to be able to come back soon.

I had a great time. I can't wait to go back again.

My boyfriend and I were here last week for seafood in the early afternoon and not only was the food great, but our waitress was fantastic! She said she was new, but you would never think that from how awesome she was at attending to everyone’s wants/needs. If we see her when we go back, we will definitely ask to be seated wherever she’s working. 👏👏👏

We had a wonderful experience at Coopers! We were seated right away, and the food came out super fast and delicious. The fun, unique decor was a huge hit—our baby was totally fascinated by everything to look at. Great food, fast service, and a fantastic, family-friendly atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

Atmosphere was excellent, food was great, and service was on point. Coopers is the greatest seafood place in Pennsylvania. Red fish was out of this world. The classic shrimp bowl was crazy good. If you are looking for some top notch food get those dishes. Follow up, the bathroom was the Beatles themed…. HOW COOL IS THAT. Food was great one of the best seafood places in along time ……Denato was absolutely outstanding and the bartender Catie makes an outstanding cocktail too notch service even though it was extremely busy denato and Catie and. Denatos mom truly made it more than just a meal it was an experience!!!💪

We are lovely waitress. As always, the food is always fantastic. Best seafood in the area. But a very friendly family restaurant. but also, I’ve never seen a restaurant give back so much to it Local community. Go Joe bike ride. But every time you walk in there, they have something set up to help another organization. I really took my hat off to you guys. Unfortunately, restaurants like you are slowly disappearing in America. Again, thank you

Just had a wonderful meal and Service today. I gotta mention the new girl believe her name is Laura. We were sitting by the bar. This girl was so sweet and so attentive with us. She had mentioned that she was just hired recently. Maybe she needs to know the ropes in your place, but she has a tremendous personality. Also, I’d like to mention a big thank you for all the local support and charities that you help out locally. Business is like yours are slowly disappearing. Keep on passing onto the kids. Thank you.

This was disappointing to be honest. The crab bisque was good but everything else was not. We came here because of the relation to The Office. The gift shop was alright but nothing special. The pretzel was very rich and the beets were quite hard. We were seated quickly with no reservation and the hostess was nice. The server was nice but nothing special very fast.

Atmosphere was Amazing!!! Wonderful place. We had a vacation day. It really made us feel we were in like a Florida. Expensive...

The food and service was alright but there was so much AI "art" it made me and my wife want to just leave. Everywhere I looked there was AI art in the fornt, in the back, at the 2 bars it just look really bad. And all the other stuff was cool and fun to look at it's just the AI art everywhere that makes the place look bad. Please stop using AI to promote your food.

My experience at your restaurant was extremely disappointing. The service was terrible bc the management stopped bar service on a Wednesday eve when there were only 2 other tables currently in the Whale room where we sat. It took 25 mins to.just get a drink. Then the food. Ugh...nothing was freshly made to order. My guess all frozen and the Lobster roll was more like a slider for the money you all charge. The grouper filet....anything but...you don't even serve bread with your meals. But make sure you laugh about the complaint on social media! Never again!!! Disgusting waste of money!

We were put in a great room with a bar and great booths and then they gave us a great waitress her name was Nicole. She said she was there for almost 20 years and loves the place. So they gave us a great room to sit in a wonderful meal great drinks and most of all a wonderful waitress named Nicole

You don't need to go to the shore for great seafood!! It was excellent! Great, fun atmosphere!

Also worth knowing: in many cases, businesses are not allowed to add surcharges to debit card transactions under card network rules, and any “service” or “processing” fees tied specifically to using a debit card should be clearly disclosed upfront not tacked on at the end of your bill. I was hit with unexpected service/surge charges on my bill. When I asked about them, I wasn’t met with an explanation or concern—I was basically met with a manager who couldn’t have cared less. Here’s a wild concept: Tell customers about extra fees BEFORE they pay. Transparency shouldn’t be optional. I don’t mind paying for good food. I do mind surprise charges and a dismissive attitude when I ask a legitimate question about my bill. So here’s your heads-up: check every line on your receipt, ask questions, and don’t assume the total is just your meal and tax. Consumers deserve to know exactly what they’re being charged for before they hand over their money.

I haven't been to Cooper's in quite a while. They didn't have the pot roast anymore or the warm bread for the table. That aside, the meal was still really good. Perfect side salad. I'm definitely going back for another meal.

Great food, large menu, and most of all unique atmosphere. So much nostalgic decor inside it’s like a museum in itself. Outside curb appeal is cool too with nautical decor and a great outdoor dining area (only thing is there’s almost always a small wait to dine outdoors when the weather is nice). My family and I vacation in the Poconos every year and we’ve gone back here to eat here at least 4 times since we first discovered it.

Such a fun stop while we were in Scranton! Our server, Owen, was great and the restaurant was packed! Very kid friendly and good food. Love that there’s so much to look at! Would definitely go back if ever in the area!

This place is totally nostalgic! You gotta see it to believe it. Thousands of items on display on the walls / a gift shop with loads of The Office memorabilia. Many beers on tap. Their crab bisque soup is the best.

1st time at the Scranton location. Decided last minute to go. Glad we did. Great atmosphere and excellent food.

The entire restaurant is a museum. You spend more time looking at the walls than you do talking. Food and drinks are all top notch.

As an office fan this was a must go, the food was good our best dish was the appetizer Mac n cheese with lobster! Delicious!!
