I've eaten here a few timess and it's a great place to eat seafood and look around. So many dining rooms with different decorations and artifacts. The Office gift shop is great, too. The food is very good and reasonably priced. A must-try if it’s your first time in Scranton or if you're just a fan of The Office.

Iconic Scranton destination. Friendly staff. Great food. Large beer selection including some great craft brews. Very popular restaurant with plenty of parking available. There is also a gift shop.

Well was very disappointed. Haven't been there in a few years and the food and the service went way downhill. The lobster dinner was terrible the server we had seriously had no personality. He didn't go over anything or suggest anything and looked like he was sping on a camping trip..I remember Coopers back in the 80s.whem alligator was on thr menu. The crab bisque also is not the same. Definitely not going back. Very overpriced for the food you.get And not worth it at all.the lobster sucked as well and very small. That waiter needs to be trained to deal with people. Very poor customer service skill set.

On that cold, rainy evening, I observed a tall young man named Cody exhibit exemplary character “a true mensch” by escorting an elderly couple to their vehicle. Upon returning inside, he encountered a child suffering an acute airway obstruction. Cody intervened with remarkable precision, successfully performing the Heimlich maneuver and saving the child’s life. As a physician, I would have immediately rendered medical assistance. However, I must candidly admit I was entirely preoccupied with enjoying an excellent piece of salmon. Given Cody's swift response and the distraction of a good piece of fish, my clinical services were, fortunately, redundant.

This is a hidden gem! The best seafood I ever had! It was “The Just Seafood Dinner” OMG fantastic! The bartender Victoria was amazing!!!

We had enjoyed watching The Office so I thought seeing some of the places mentioned in the show would be fun. Being from the Chesapeake Bay area of Maryland we are kinda seafood snobs! Thought seafood would be good but not expected to be blown away with the delicious things we ordered. The only thing that was better then the food was the SUPER server we had, Nicole. She went above and beyond to make my wife's birthday dinner very special. She told us about local points of interest and upcoming holiday events. She even brought out a whipped topping birthday treat with a candle and made sure we didn't leave without having the Maryland Crab Bisque soup. If you are in the area and don't stop in at Cooper's then you didn't get the full Scranton experience!!

We didn't know what to expect. our son took us out to dinner for my Husbands Birthday. It was a happy Nostalgic Surprise. Food was delicious. From the moment we walked in and left we received excellent customer service. We will be returning.

We ended up in Scranton for a couple days with unexpected Car problems and had dinner here it was AMAZING!! Service, food, and decor were awesome! Would highly recommend dining here😊

The food and service was great! We are in Scranton Pennsylvania because of a vehicle breakdown. Had to spend a couple nights. Looked through Google to find places to eat and things to do. This place had good reviews and we took a chance and we're very pleased. Certainly would go again if we're ever here in Scranton...

Amazing food, excellent experience!! Would absolutely be back. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. Yes- the food WAS as good as the pics! Plus the entire place has such a fun vibe. The bathrooms were like a complete aura by themselves! Elvis in the women's, beetles in the men's. Too fun!

Great food & great service is a combination that makes for a fabulous dinner night with your spouse! Coopers does that!

It was interesting for little children to eat at a pirate ship. This place (and the restrooms especially are VERY different). The service was somewhat slow, however without any mess ups. The fish&chips disappointed me. They must have been cooked in oil below the T, which made the batter absorb all the oil it could. So the fish was unbelievably greasy. I had to take the batter off and eat the fish only. The little children weren't too fond of the dino chicken bites. The lobster and some other things were ok.

Nicole is the best employee at Cooper’s! She is informative and fun! We’ve come here for 8 years and she told us all the fun stuff! She is awesome and she deserves a raise!

Great menu, awesome beer selection, but I wish "happy hour" extended until Friday as did some of the specials. VERY DISAPPOINTED that you do not take reservations. We have driven 25+ miles several times only to find out that there was a 60 minute or longer wait. If you took reservations, you could staff better, and open up another room for seating. ALSO, take a credit card number, and let there be a $50.00 charge for a no show! And, with reservations, you could tell me, when I call, that you are full, and we will make plans elsewhere. Seems to be a much better way to serve the guest, and handle staffing. Done by most of the industry. LET ME KNOW WHY it is a bad idea! Dean [email protected]. ALSO, only 2 German beers for Oktoberfest?? Should have been no problem to drop a few others from the list. And no event in the big room like last year?? Was a great night, and I wanted to bring friends.

The food is good but they service very little food for the price u pay.

Coopers has gone DOWNNNNNNNN HILLLLLLLLL wow the food was bad! The calamari was soggy. The lobster roll was terrible lobster meat tasted like it came out of a frozen bag from Walmart. Coconut shrimp was not breaded in house it was definitely bought off a truck. This place has a lot of class they should really reflect it in their menu in EVERY SINGLE ITEM. IF THEY WANA STAY IN BUSINESS. PEOPLE TALK. REVIEWERS REVIEW. Step it up coopers! I miss the old days! Get some good chefs back there get the garbage off the menu make everything in house. You will be better off

This is a fun place with multi-level outdoor decks, Beatles/Elvis themed bathrooms and the seafood is very good.

The food is great. Pricing is okay. Staff are friendly I love all the decor. It’s fun to walk through. If you are a the office fan they can meet you expectations. Not a fan of the show but the store is fun to look at. If you are in the area be sure to stop by and enjoy a nice hearty Meal

Great decor, good service. Issue with fresh oysters on half shell , the server did not know what variety which menu ask you waiter . We each got 1 doz, they were dry, no natural juice. I don’t believe that that where freshly sucked. . What a disappointment for a high end seafood restaurant. The prices are reasonable, noticed. Many families. . Other food was great.
