Sometimes you just want a good, old-fashioned beer.

We’re getting back to basics with the big and little brothers of American craft beer: the Pale Ale and the IPA. We brewed these to be smooth, full-bodied, and perfectly balanced—clean malt profiles with a hop presence that won’t overwhelm your palate.

Stump’s Pale Ale (5.8% ABV | 31 IBUs) A classic American Pale Ale brewed to just the strength Stump likes it! We used American barley and hops (Cascade and Amarillo) for notes of citrus and spice, plus local grain from PA’s Double Eagle Malting. Not too bitter, not too sweet… just right.

The SeaSquatch IPA (7.0% ABV | 70 IBUs) If you’ve been searching, you’ve finally found it. Built on American 2-row and English Crystal malt, this brew showcases a wild hop variety discovered in the mountains of British Columbia (Canada’s first patented hop!). Dry-hopped with Centennial for a pleasant, hoppy bite. Watch out! He’ll get ya!
