Say Hello to Our Next Featured Crew Member: Katie H.!

You may know her as Katie Hughes—but around here, she’ll always be Katie Cooper! Not only has she been with us for over 30 years, she’s also family—our cousin and a true Cooper’s original!

Katie started as a salad girl and worked her way through just about every position—server, hostess, catering—and now she runs the floor as a manager with heart and hustle.

Fun Fact: Katie is a huge Walt Disney World fan—if she’s not at Cooper’s, she’s probably in line for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind!

‍‍‍ Even her kids have worked with us over the years—Cooper’s truly runs in the family!

Favorite Meal: Lobster Roll – fresh, buttery, and loaded with flavor.

Favorite Drink: Any brew from Cooper’s Family Brewing—she loves them all!
