A special night at Cooper’s!

We had the honor of hosting the incredible SAKNYS group for dinner who travel to Northeast PA each year to restore abandoned Lithuanian cemeteries. Their work honors the immigrants who came here generations ago, working in the anthracite mines and building new lives.

This is especially meaningful to us — our own family roots trace back to Lithuania, so we’re deeply grateful for the history they’re preserving. Ačiū to this dedicated group for keeping these stories alive!
