Cooper’s Seafood House is proud to support local organizations and events that help strengthen our community.

Because we receive many donation requests, all requests must be submitted by mail in the form of a letter at least one (1) week before the donation is needed. While every request will be carefully reviewed, please understand that not all requests can be approved.

A valid email address is required with every request, as all updates and decisions regarding donation requests will be communicated by email.

Please note: requests for cash donations will not be approved.

Eligibility Requirements

Donation requests will be considered if the organization or event meets the following criteria:

• The organization or event is located within our local footprint: Northeastern Pennsylvania
• The request does not fall under any of the exclusions listed below
• The organization has not received a donation from Cooper’s Seafood House within the past twelve (12) months
• A valid email address is included with the request

Requests We Are Unable to Support

Due to the volume of requests we receive, Cooper’s Seafood House is unable to support:

• Third-party fundraising organizations
• Advertising or sponsorship solicitations
• Political organizations or candidates
• Requests for cash donations

Submission Requirements

All donation requests must be received by mail at least one (1) week prior to the event date.

• A letter describing the organization or event and its purpose
• A valid email address for follow-up communication
