Cooper’s Seafood House is seeking Food Servers.
The Servers at our restaurant play an integral role in ensuring our customers have exceptional dining experiences. We are interested in growing our team, and are in search of a professional Server. The right person will be passionate about food and service, and thoroughly enjoy creating excellent experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing disposition and previous experience working as a Server in a bustling, fast-paced restaurant setting.
Other Qualifications
- Must possess a pleasant personality and have excellent customer service skills.
- Must be able to operate a cash register / POS system and process transactions accurately.
- Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
- Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Must be a team player, have a positive attitude, and present a well-groomed appearance.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- High school diploma/GED preferred
Required Experience
- High school education or equivalent required.
- A minimum of one year of relevant server experience is desired.
Physical Demands
- Able to stay on your feet for an extended period of time
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
