CAJUN STYLE SURF AND TURF!

*Sautéed Skate with Chili Butter and Capers.
*Smoked Cajun Petite Filet of Beef with Tarragon butter.
Hominy Cake. Edamame, Corn and Black Eyed Pea Succotash.

Toasted Pecan Chocolate Charlotte topped with a Chicory Cream
