I CAN NOT WAIT FOR THE CABANA TO OPEN UP!!!
LAST YEAR WAS A BLAST OUT THERE. THE INSIDE PUB IS A GREAT PLACE TO WINTER OUT TOO. WHEN THE WEATHER BREAKS IT'S ON!!! I HEAR IT OPENS MAY 1ST!!! KEEP UP THE ROCKING GOOD TIMES.

my mans birthday is september 15th and really wants coopers for his birthday dinner but i see you only do the birthday dinner on his birthday and the problem is he works on his birthday til 8:00pm and we are located in east stroudsburg and we were planning to come the next day on tuesday is there any way we could still get the birthday dinner or no?

I COME TO A PAIN CLINIC DOWN THERE ONCE EVERY MONTH, DIDN'T KNOW THERE WAS SOMEWHERE TO EAT THERE CLOSE WITHOUT GETTING TO LOST. WE ALWAYS WENT BACK UP TO CLARKS SUMMIT OR WAITED TILL WE GOT BACK UP HERE TO BINGHAMTON & ATE THERE SOMEWHERE. THEN I ASKED MY DOCTOR IF THERE WAS ANYWHERE TO EAT AROUND THERE CLOSE. WELL, HE RECOMMENDED "COOPERS", THOUGHT, OH WELL, WHAT THE HECK, LETS GIVE IT A TRY. WE WERE JUST ASTONISHED AT THE PLACE. SURE IS A NICE PLACE. FOOD SEEMS TO BE GOOD. THEY WERE BUSY. A BAKED POTATO WOULD BE GOOD AT LUNCH TIME ALSO. THE STEAKS LOOKED LIKE THEY CAME WITH A BUNCH OF TOPPINGS ON, WHICH I DON'T CARE FOR, BUT WILL TAKE MORE TIME IN MARCH WHEN I COME DOWN AGAIN TO LOOK AT THE MENU CLOSER ETC. SEEMS TO BE A REAL NICE PLACE FROM MY 1ST VISIT THOUGH. THANK YOU VERY MUCH...............
